# The journey through our Discord

We aim to create an active and involved community that is aligned with our main goal — the acceleration of the energy transition and the fight against climate change.

Every joining member goes through a guided journey from the moment they enter our community.

When you become a member of our Discord you’ll be greeted at our #welcome channel. From there on, **you’ll start a beautiful voyage that begins with** **picking your Dino Family and the chain you inhabit**.

Now you’re free to roam around, but you’ll notice that you’re still a Frozen Dino, to get unfrozen you’ll have to go through #the-story and search for the secret word. **Once you’re unfrozen, you can start gaining XP** **and you need to reach level 10 to get Whitelisted.**

There are tons of activities live to participate in order to gain XP. The activities are presented in the **#🔥|gain-xp-for-wl!** channel listed as numbered actions and have different XP weights and goals, such as:

* *Maintaining the community informed:* we want to make sure that everyone knows what’s going on, why it’s important and how they can get involved.
* *Strengthening the bonds inside our community:* encouraging important conversations about climate change, as well as increasing community feedback and awareness regarding the project.
* *Encouraging community feedback:* we want to hear from you! We’re excited to share our project with you and want to hear your thoughts, ideas and questions.
* And finally, we want to *have some fun together!*
